You guys know how I looooove me some teasers while I write my books. However, I JUST started this book, so if you don’t want to be teased for what could possibly be MONTHS before the actual release, I suggest you close your eyes and ears.
I spent more time reading fabulous books this past 24 hours than trying to write, but that was Jenn Ster’s fault for giving me an ARC of Chance Encounters that comes out this Thursday. I feel so important, getting advanced copies of books. Jenn Ster, have I told you how much I love you? Enough to creep you out yet? Well get used to it, hooker.
Anyway, my point was that I’m not even finished with the first chapter of book 3. However, I just want to celebrate the fact that I even started it. And no, Jason…I didn’t get anywhere close to 10k this time. 😉 But here’s a little bit of crack from Chapter One for those of you that love Eddie and Gavin almost as much as I do. Just remember this book is ALL Eddie’s POV. 😉 And I’m giving you a little bit more than a sentence this time, because I love you.
Gavin laughs and turns my head to the side and kisses the spot just below my ear, then whispers even lower, “You have no idea how much I love it.”
Just as I’m about to ravish him, the front door swings open. Joel rolls his eyes when he spots us on the couch. “A little help here?” Joel says, the irritation obvious in his voice. He and Nick are trying to hold the front door open and move the dresser through, without much success. Gavin pushes off the couch and hops up, running to hold the door open for them. I sit up and straighten out my shirt.
“Sorry,” Gavin says to them. “Eddie was trying to seduce me.” He looks over at me and winks.
