1. Do we ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all around the world. International shipping can take up to 2-16 weeks in some countries. Usually, the transit time is around 2-6 weeks, however, ultimately it is all dependent on the shipping carrier and how busy they are. If you have any questions about your international package, please send an email to hooverink@outlook.com. If after 12 weeks from ship date, the package does not arrive, the customer will receive a full refund. But we will not refund until 12 weeks from ship date.
2. Are your shop prices shown in United States Dollar?
Yes, they are. If you’re an international customer, you can expect your charge price to be converted to your country’s currency. This might mean you’re paying more for an item. If your total is 30.00 on the store when you check out, that’s reflecting 30.00 in USD and not Euro, Australian Dollar, Peso, etc. Your total will convert over to your currency.
3. Do we offer returns?
At this time, we do not offer returns/exchanges. If you have any questions, please email hooverink@outlook.com.
4. What if I receive a wrong/damaged/missing item?
We’ll do all that we can to make it right! Please email hooverink@outlook.com.
5. Can Colleen personalize my books?
Unfortunately, at this time, Colleen is not personalizing books. We’re needing her to write her new books this year and therefore, she is only signing the books with her signature.
6. Are the books really signed by Colleen?
YES! No stamps or imposter here. Just the young looking and fabulous Colleen.
7. Where’s my order?
If you have purchased anything that is signed by Colleen (books or bookplates), please allow 1-10 business days on our end for us to ship your order out. If you ordered something that doesn’t require her signature, then we can have it shipped out in 1-2 days. Sometimes, Colleen is not in the office to sign books/bookplates and if we are out of stock in a book you ordered, we can’t ship immediately. However, shipping time is usually within 1-3 business days.
8. Who’s delivering my order?
We ship all packages either USPS or UPS depending on what you’re ordering. Most orders are shipped via USPS (postal service). You will receive an email once your package has shipped and it will include your tracking number. If for some reason you don’t receive an email or a tracking number, please email hooverink@outlook.com.
9. What if it shows my order is delivered, but it’s not there?
You will want to call the shipping carrier who delivered your package (USPS or UPS) and they will be able to give you more detailed information where your package is. You should have been sent a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details (Carrier, tracking number, etc.).
10. What if my package gets returned?
If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, unable to forward, or a no such number reason and you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. If you realize your package has the incorrect address and your order has not shipped, please email hooverink@outlook.com as soon as you can and we’ll change the address for you.
11. What if Stripe doesn’t allow me to input my card information?
Please try to order on a different device or you can click on the PayPal button, and it will let you check out as a guest. You do not need to have PayPal to check out with PayPal. If you have any questions, please email hooverink@outlook.com.
